I am writing in response to Scott Clem’s letter regarding Rita Meyer ("Meyer needs a backbone," Letters/April 25). I for one am very impressed with the thoughtfulness that Rita Meyer has put forth in her view to "ObamaCare." She has made it clear that joining the lawsuit is very much on the table. She has stated on numerous occasions that it remains a viable option, but she will simply not sue out of political expediency.

Her service as commander in multiple war zones makes it clear to me she is a woman who thinks through all the options in order to make the best decision.... READ MORE
